Annie discovered yoga in the year 2000 and in 2002, sought out yoga teacher training. She learned the Sivananda method as was originally taught by Swami Sivananda Saraswati. Over the years she has studied and practiced with many wonderful teachers and has completed workshops and trainings in both the U.S. and Canada. Her teaching style is both serious and fun, traditional and modern. It is her personal goal that her students take what they learn while on their mats and apply it to their daily lives.
Carmela completed her teacher training in March 2006 at Yoga Works, New York. She has since attended various workshops in continuing education. She left her full time job in Princeton, NJ to pursue her passion of teaching yoga. Yoga has been a big influence in her life and she wants to share her passion of yoga. Aside from a regular asana practice, Carmela enjoys restorative yoga and meditation.
Sanjay is International Yoga Teacher of Traditional Yoga and Meditation Techniques and has been a Yoga Practitioner since childhood. He is also an Art of living Instructor and Eternity Process Facilitator.
Elizabeth has been practicing yoga for 15 years, and has been teaching yoga for 4 years, since being certified in Prana Yoga. Her interest in yoga has evolved from a life-long interest in dance and fitness, and was particularly inspired by her 30+ years of work as a Clinical Psychologist, with an increasing interest over the past 15-20 years in mind-body interventions and energy psychology.
Angelina has been evolving in life by regular practice of yoga aims at unfolding potentials. She has been doing/ helping through intensive practices daily and regularly to attain optimum well-being at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Her passion and dedication inspired her to help her young and high school students as special education teacher in public school. As a special educator, she sees the potential in her students to transcend all limitations to live a life of balance.
Vijya is a certified Yoga Instructor in Sivanada Yoga. Teaching since 2006.
